I’ve worked in credit management for more years than I care to remember, so I’ve seen recession and recovery before and learned a lot about how to deal with the issues faced during corporate life cycles, but we are charting very choppy waters at present. In fact, I’m pretty sure that in the future, we’ll realise that the current economic crisis is a historic milestone.
The aim of this blog is to share my experiences and to engage with others in commerce to share ideas and tools that improve the profitability of businesses through the management of cash-flow.
